FOR THE ARTIST. FOR THE CLIENT. FOR THE CONFIDENCE.
GROW YOUR BUSINESS

For the business behind your artistry.

You put so much into your business. These tools are here to help you understand your numbers, plan ahead, and feel confident as you grow. Let’s take it one step at a time.

FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Know your cost per tan.

Enter your numbers to see what each appointment costs in solution and supplies—and how much is left from your service price.

Enter your bottle price, bottle size, and solution used to see your estimate.

This estimate covers the expenses you enter. It does not include rent, labor, taxes, or other business costs unless you include them in supplies.

FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Let’s set a goal.

Big goals become easier to reach when you break them into steps. Enter your monthly spray tan revenue goal and your average price per appointment.

Enter your goal and average appointment price to see how many appointments you’ll need.

This is an estimate of gross spray tan revenue before expenses and taxes. It assumes each appointment brings in your average price and does not include retail sales or other services.

Make your goal happen

  1. Look at your calendar and set aside enough appointment times to reach your goal.
  2. Ask every client if they’d like to book their next tan before they leave.
  3. Share your availability and recent work on social media, and make it easy for people to book.
  4. Reach out to past clients with a personal invitation to book their next appointment.
  5. Start a referral program: invite happy clients to recommend you to a friend, and offer a thank-you reward that works for your business when their friend books.
  6. Check your progress each week and adjust your availability or outreach as needed.
“Every appointment is a step toward the business you’re building. Keep showing up—you’ve got this.”
PLAN AHEAD WITH GLAZED

Order solution without the stress.

Inspired by Glazed educator Lindsey’s demand-planning method, this monthly planner helps you estimate what you need and plan your order.

  1. Count your booked tans and estimate additional appointments.
  2. Use 12 tans per bottle as a starting point, or enter your own average.
  3. Divide your expected tans by your average to estimate bottles needed.
  4. Count your shelf and plan your order, leaving time for shipping.

Enter your expected tans to see your monthly bottle estimate.

Plan separately for each location. Recheck monthly and order when you have at least a week of product left. One week is a planning assumption for UPS Ground; processing and delivery times can vary. Consider an extra bottle or two in busy months. Entries aren’t saved.
